Tips on Using Fitness Ball Exercises to Get Fit At Home

Fitness is such an important part of any kind of exercise…or is supposed to be. These days, people have less and less time to attend gyms or to take care of their fitness. If that is the case with you as well, there is good news. You can still stay fit in the comfort of your home. How? By using a fitness ball! Here are some tips on using fitness ball exercises to get fit at home.

b to do squats. Hold the fitness ball with both your hands, back straight, standing up. Start to bend your knees while keeping the back straight and arms outstretched. Hold position for a few seconds, then return.

You can use your fitness ball to do wall squats. Stand up against a wall with the fitness ball placed between the wall and your lower back. Slowly, start to bend your knees till they form a 90° angle, and the ball reaches your shoulder blades. Hold this position for a few seconds, then return.

You can use your fitness ball to do balance push ups. Start by lying face-down on the fitness ball on your stomach, with hands and feet touching the ground. Start walking your hands forward till your shins reach the fitness ball. While keeping your hands aligned with your shoulders, perform flat push ups for as long as you can. Then return slowly.

You can use your fitness ball to do a V-sit. Start by lying down on a yoga mat with you’re the heels of both your feet up on the ball. With your arms outstretched and pointing towards your feet, roll your torso up so that your body forms a V with your legs at your hips.
